What Is Our Return Policy?
We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase from our company, but we realize that in certain cases you may want or need to return an item. Our return policy is fair to both our customers as well as our company with a great balance that favors resolution of any issues.
Please Note: New items carry the manufacturer's full warranty. Used items items sold on this website are sold "AS-IS". We sell used and surplus items that are used, old, dirty, have "personality" and in many other ways may show signs of wear, age and use. Please read the descriptions carefully where we will detail the item condition in a fair way. All Close Out Item Sales are Final and can only be exchanged if item received is substantially different than the item ordered, i.e. you receive incorrect item. The remainder of this policy applies to the remainder of the items sold on our website.
01). All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can easily obtain an RMA by calling 414-522-7735 during the posted business hours 6 days week. We do not issue any RMA numbers through email as we do not want the request to get mislabeled as spam and delay the issuance to you.
02). Any item returned within 14 days of receipt will receive a full credit for the merchandise returned.
03). Any item returned after 14 days of receipt will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. This is necessary to cut down on the number of customers "borrowing" expensive items from us under the pretense of making a purchase only to return it
when done. Also we will accept no returns based on your spouse's or whom-so-ever's, feelings of cost, political views, fears or lack of knowledge about the item, etc. We are a business that sells gun parts, not relationship counselors.
04). Any item that is returned without an RMA number will result in a 30% re-stocking fee. This is necessary so that we do not need to spend employee time contacting you to figure out what the problem was with the returned item.
05). No returns will be accepted on items that are not in a resellable condition. What constitutes a resellable condition is up to the sole discretion of Bravo757, Inc./Bravo757.com.
06). No returns are possible on books or videos.
07). Shipping charges will not be returned under any circumstances
08). If your order was shipped to you free from a free shipping promotion, you will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee on
any item returned that was shipped free.
09). There are no refunds on used jackets, pants, clothing, shirts, hats, or other soft goods. Only exchange for sizing or
